Product Operations Manager

For an innovative initiative in the NFT art domain, we are looking for a hands-on Product Operations Manager. This is a fully independent and diverse role – it combines ownership of the product, as well as integration of all activities related to the product to ensure its growth.

The ideal candidate should be art savvy, experienced in owning a product in its early stages, with a marketing orientation.


  • Full responsibility and ownership of the product.

  • Ensure success and growth of the product.

  • Market research.

  • Product’s go-to-market strategy.

  • Market positioning of the platform.

  • Full-time, hybrid work model (office in Tel Aviv).

Requirements :

  • At least 2 years in areas such as Product Management/Marketing or Partnership management.

  • Passion to work in the art field.

  • Understanding of marketing aspects.

  • Creative, independent, and problem solver personality.

  • Goal oriented, highly motivated, takes full ownership on projects.

  • Operational or people management.

  • High written/verbal communication skills in English.

Senior Product Manage


We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager, in a leading and cool online company in Tel Aviv (hybrid work). This is an independent and highly interesting role, giving you the opportunity to demonstrate your product management, project management and people management skills.


What you will do:

  • Play a key role in the company’s growth road map.

  • Own the product end-to-end while ensuring success and growth.

  • Work with all relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, UX/UI, support etc.) to guarantee smooth and efficient implementation.

  • Analyze competitors research, create PRD’s, UX/YI flow, wireframes, define A/B tests.

  • Analyze success of feature once released to production.

  • Identify opportunities for key initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

  • Manage ongoing maintenance and enhancement of product features.

  • Deal with cutting edge video streaming tech, APIs and websites’ generators.

  • Responsible for delivery of the agreed scope on time and on quality, with full customer satisfaction.


What you will bring:

  • 5 years of experience in medium/large scales web product management – a must.

  • Team management experience – a must.

  • High written/verbal communication skills in English – a must.

  • Online experience – an advantage.

  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines, and to influence effectively.

  • Proven ability of data analysis, execution, and responsibility for complex development processes.

  • Ability to work in a multitasking and dynamic environment.

  • Goal oriented, highly motivated, takes full ownership on projects.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills & attention to details.
